About series The Sixth Sense
The legendary series now comes in a new brass color with a suspension for maximum comfort. The name of the Sixth Sense floor luminaire refers to the eponymous concept, also known as proprioception. This is the muscle sense that allows us to perceive the position of our body in space and navigate in the dark. It can be developed to varying degrees: some people can easily reach a door without turning on the light, while others struggle to touch the tip of their nose with their eyes closed.
The idea was to create a lamp that could be switched on by touch, featuring a lightweight control system and a unique design. The floor luminaire has a cross-shaped base, allowing it to be placed close to a desk, bed, or couch. It can also easily fit between various pieces of furniture. The switches are located above the light diffusers, so you can reach them without getting up from your seat.
