Shipment & Delivery
What shipping options are available?

We deliver by road and by air to non-European countries using logistics companies. We also provide a dropshipping service with all costs borne by the buyer. You may also collect the goods from our warehouse, or undertake shipping and exporting yourself, but we will only accept this if we receive a written confirmation from your carrier on receipt of the IE599 export notification message within two weeks of receiving the goods.

Where do you deliver to? What are the costs and time frames?

We deliver our goods ex warehouse in Poland to all European countries, as well as to islands and non-EU countries. Delivery time and costs vary depending on your location, order quantity, and the shipping method selected when ordering. You may track your order using the tracking number provided to you by email. For each country. There is a minimum total order quantity for each country, but if your order exceeds this then you will benefit from free shipping. For delivery to the islands, please check delivery terms with your Maytoni contact, as delivery costs are significantly higher than those for mainland destinations.

Which carriers do you work with?

We work with logistics companies such as UPS, GLS, Raben, and Kuehne+Nagel.

How quickly will you ship the order? Can I request expedited shipping?

Carriers process regular size orders within 24 hours. For large orders, this period may be extended for operational reasons. Expedited shipping is possible but you will incur additional costs.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we are not always able to change the delivery address or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please make sure your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.

Where can I find the EE label for the product?

Energy labelling is available for every LED product on our website. You can also find EE labels in the technical information section of our Media Centre on the website.

Do you offer designer lights?

Maytoni design has received a number of international interior and industrial design awards. Our achievements include awards and accolades such as Reddot, Muse Award, Good Design Award, IF Award, A'design and many more.

How can I be sure of the quality and safety of the products?

All our products are manufactured and imported in accordance with European Union regulations and standards, which require quality control, CE certificates, declarations of conformity, etc. In addition, by filling out the form on our website, you can receive up to 5 years of warranty for our products.

What is the number of products in your range?

Currently our range is divided into 3 sections: Decorative Lighting, Architectural Lighting and Outdoor Lighting. They include more than 1,500 items for sophisticated buyers with a taste for high-quality design and energy-saving technologies.

What is the warranty for your products?

We provide a 2-year warranty for lamps without bulbs, and a 3-year warranty for LED products. You can also get a 5-year warranty by simply filling out the form below within 2 months of purchase.

Where can I find marketing materials?

Product sheets contain all product information and marketing materials. In addition, in the Media Centre section of our website you will find essential content for the entire range: photos and video materials, instructions, EE labels, 3D models, information on warehouse stock and technical specifications, etc.

Where can I get 3D models?

You can download a 3D model for the needed product in the product sheet. You can also find links to 3D models in the Media Centre section of our website in obj and corona.max formats.

What do I need to be able to set up a brand zone in my store?

Maytoni can help you set up a branded zone in a POS partner's area and will contribute to costs. You can find more details in our brand zone organisation policy.

Do you have a file with all the necessary technical info for the entire range?

In the Media Centre section of our website you can find a CSV download with all necessary information on the current range: specifications, links to photos, instructions, etc.

Can I receive POS materials with your branding to my store?

Yes, we provide our partners with POS materials and give-aways. Please check with your contact person at Maytoni for terms and opportunities.

Where can I find the videos?

Videos can be found on our website in the Media Centre section or on our You Tube channel with regularly updated content.

Where can I find your catalogue?

You can get acquainted with the new products both in the electronic catalogue on our website and in printed form, available in our warehouse. A new catalogue is published every year between January and March.

Where can I find your company logo?

You can download the logo via a direct link or in the Media Centre section as jpg, png and ai files.

Orders & Payment
What Incoterms rules do you work to?

We sell all products EXW (Ex Works) from our warehouse in Poland. For deliveries outside the EU (export), provided that we make the shipment, we work on a OAP basis (delivered at place). In other words, we deliver the goods, but we do not perform a customs clearance (DDP).

How can I become a partner?

Purchasing & Availability
Can I pre-order items that are not in stock yet?

You can pre-order items in transit in your personal area on the b2b portal, or by contacting your dedicated manager. We will also notify you when the item becomes available.

What is the B2B portal?

The B2B portal is a client's personal area, where you can place an order, find all necessary information about products, track the stock balance in real time and the arrival date of the goods in transit. The B2B portal helps you to stay up-to-date with the latest news and promotions.

How can I get prices for your products?

You can ask your contact person at Maytoni for a price list issued once a year, usually in January-March. The prices are given in Euros, net, excluding VAT, ex works our warehouse in Poland. This price list is issued in Excel format in English. A printed version is also available and can be ordered.
Prices are also available on the B2B portal.

Where can I get current inventory data?

You can use the direct link to download the inventory data. The general stock balance table contains the following data: item number, immediate availability, quantity in transit, next receipt date, quantity in production, etc. All information is available in the B2B portal.

Refunds & Returns
What is the return policy for company owners?

If the contracting partner is a corporate entity as defined by § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), we shall not be held liable for any consequential damages, except in cases where the goods supplied by us lack the expressly guaranteed properties, and such guarantee was specifically intended to safeguard against consequential damages of a particular nature. Furthermore, liability may arise in instances of gross negligence or willful misconduct attributable to us or our representatives.

What return options do you offer?

For any complaints, we will either provide replacement parts or replace the product at our discretion. Any alternative options should be discussed with your designated contact person at Maytoni.

What items cannot be exchanged or returned?

Maytoni does not accept returns without written consent from your Maytoni contact person. The goods must be returned unmarked, in their original undamaged box and accompanied by a delivery note.

What is the deadline for returning goods?

The period for internal box inspection and the corresponding claims period is the same as the warranty period. We provide a 2-year warranty for lamps without bulbs, and a 3-year warranty for LED products. We recommend our partners to perform a visual examination of the goods delivered immediately after their arrival.

I have found a defect in the product, what should I do?

Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery note or CMR and emailed to your contact person at Maytoni within 3 business days.
