About series Antic
Antic sits at the meeting point of a retro register and a contemporary one, holding classical proportion in one hand and a modern sense of restraint in the other. The series was drawn to feel familiar and current at once, refined without ever tipping into ornament. Each shade is made of cast glass with a ribbed texture that catches the light in soft, moving reflections. Offered in matt white, cognac and grey, the palette is warm and easy to place, gathered on a metal frame in a galvanised gold finish that adds a quiet note of luxury. Replaceable light sources keep the glow soft and comfortable, and adjustable rods or a cable of up to three metres let the design settle into rooms with generous ceiling height. The mix of pendants and wall luminaires opens the series to composition, at home in classical living rooms, contemporary apartments and hospitality interiors where warmth and character are expected to work together.
